Unlike general relaxation massage, sports massage focuses on the muscles and movement patterns used in your sport. Our licensed therapists customize each session based on your training schedule, goals, and any specific tight or sore areas.

Your first session starts with a consultation about your sport, training, and any concerns. Pressure and technique are customized to your needs, integrating deep tissue work, sports-specific stretching, and recovery techniques. Most clients book 60-minute sessions; 90 minutes is recommended if you have multiple problem areas or want to add cupping therapy.
