Hi, my name is JP. I have been in Health and Wellness since 2016. First starting as a personal trainer. This is where I learned my foundational principals of movement and body mechanics.

I then attended the Edgar Cayce School of Massage in 2020 and have been following in my grandmother’s footsteps as a massage therapist ever since and loving it. Ever since then, I have submersed myself in studying how the body works and how we can keep the body in optimal health.

I am originally from Connecticut but have lived in CO, FL, VA, and CA since graduating high school. 
It’s an honor to be of service to the Littleton community and watch people heal. I have been blessed to help aid people with a variety of injuries successfully. Anywhere from traumatic injuries to chronic back pain with just massage alone.

Since beginning my career in massage and my prior knowledge of sports medicine, I have personally found over hundreds of clients, that when massage is combined with corrective exercise and rehabilitative strength training, that is when we see the best results. I have been fortunate enough to see great results with the athletic community and those who suffer from chronic pain.
