Late Arrival Policy.

Out of respect for our staff and same day future appointments, services are not discounted or refunded and are still provided within the scheduled time slot. If half of the scheduled time slot has already passed without client’s arrival the treatment will no longer be required to be provided .

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.

Appointment Deposits: All deposits that are canceled/rescheduled before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are valid for one year and are allowed to be rescheduled once.

Non Members: Appointment Deposits/Services that are canceled with less than 24-hour notice are honored as one-time reschedulable and non-refundable. 

Members: Services canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours of given notice are honored as one-time reschedulable every 30 days since the last cancelation. If the following appointment is also canceled/ rescheduled within 30 days of the last appointment that was also canceled/rescheduled without 24-hour notice, 30 minutes (.5 credits) are deducted from accumulated credits. 

No-Show’s Policy

Applicable to members and non-members:

If an appointment is scheduled without any notice of cancelation, after half of the session start time has passed, the client is no longer entitled to the session even after payment/deposit.  Members will lose credits used for the given time slot.

(Notice of cancelation is only valid if a voicemail or email is left to ensure proof) 

How do we compensate for a late start? 

If this was to ever occur on our behalf, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience. To justify our actions, we will discount the price to the degree of ensuring clients only pay for the time given in the session. In addition, clients will be given 50% off of their next service.

Ex. If we are only able to provide 45 min for a scheduled 60 min, we would calculate the price per minute of the service, refund the difference, and email a 50% off coupon. 

What services/products are non refundable?

All appointment deposits and services already provided are non-refundable. All services and retail products are non-refundable after 24 hours of initial purchase.  This includes but is not limited to appointment deposits, one-time treatment, packages, and memberships of all durations/terms.

Membership Sessions Expiration. 

Members have one year to use sessions accumulated from the initial billing date.

Ex. Sessions acquired in the billing cycle of January are valid until
January of the following year.

Membership Cancellation. 

All agreements adhere to our policies listed below.

Month-to-month Members after the terms of an agreement are completed must give a 30-day emailed notice to breathe.massage.fitness@gmail.com to cancel after the service agreement is completed to ensure that the following monthly billing does not occur.

Canceling before the end of your agreement:
Only Month to Month memberships can cancel before the end of the agreement. Paid In Full memberships are only refundable 24 hours after purchase.

To successfully terminate a month-to-month agreement, the member can choose three options. Pay half of the remaining balance in full. Make 6 monthly payments of the total remaining balance. Down-grade to the next lowest membership option (ex twice a week membership into one time a week.)

Failure to make payments on time 3 months after the most recent failed payment will result in loss of all credits accumulated and forego a collection agency.

I’m Sick and Need to Cancel!!

Not a problem! We are happy to reschedule or refund you for the time missed from this inconvenience. If this does happen within 24 hours of your appointment, we do require proof of sickness (ex. doctor’s note or covid test results) in order to not charge you for the allotted time slot.
